Train with friends or teammates in a fun, competitive environment. Small groups allow for individual coaching while keeping sessions engaging and high-energy.

8-Week Youth Performance Program

A structured 8-week program with baseline testing, weekly progression, and final re-testing so athletes can see exactly how they’ve improved.

Dynamic warm-ups, movement prep, sprint mechanics, and baseline testing for speed, agility, jumping, and core strength.

Weeks 3–5: Speed, Strength & Agility

Acceleration work, change-of-direction drills, age-appropriate strength circuits, reaction drills, and conditioning.

Weeks 6–8: Power, Conditioning & Retesting

Explosive movement, game-like conditioning, confidence talks, and final re-testing with a summary for parents.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is strength training safe for kids and teens?
Yes—when it’s done properly. All exercises are age-appropriate and focus on technique, stability, and gradual progression, not heavy max lifting.
Does my child need to be “good at sports” already?
Not at all. I work with beginners and experienced athletes. The goal is improvement from wherever they’re starting.
What ages do you train?
Typically ages 9–18. If your athlete is outside that range, reach out and we can talk about what might fit best.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions take place at local fields and training spaces. Exact locations are shared when you sign up.
Do you offer team sessions?
Yes. I’m happy to work with teams or custom groups. Contact me and we can discuss options.
